Smart Building Solutions Resources for Architects and Planners
Energy efficiency, comfort and safety: these are the requirements for modern buildings and therefore for contemporary sun shading. WAREMA Smart Building Solutions provide intelligent control solutions for every building.
Technical functional and system transparency
The technical documentation supports system selection through to integration into the higher-level building automation system. It provides clarity on functions, interfaces and safety logics, forming a reliable basis for holistic planning concepts.
The online platform myWAREMA also supports electrical planners with customisable, straightforward and comprehensive solutions for their daily work.
WAREMA Radio Systems
The WMS, Xeenos and EWFS radio systems combine convenience with flexible scalability. Thanks to advanced technology and intuitive software, you can reliably implement any requirement in a smart home.
Conventional Control Systems
The hard-wired control systems from WAREMA meet a wide range of individual requirements. From a single awning to the control of thousands of solar shading products, our central control systems are ideally suited for both residential and commercial applications.
WAREMA Omnexo
With the proprietary WAREMA bus system Omnexo, up to 500 solar shading products per central unit can be controlled individually or up to 3,000 products in groups. This makes it ideally suited for medium-sized functional and commercial buildings such as nurseries, schools or office buildings.
Bus Systems
Energy efficiency, comfort, safety and flexibility – bus systems such as KNX, BAline, Modbus or BACnet meet all requirements thanks to intelligent networking and room automation.
WAREMA and TRILUX, the specialists for daylight and artificial light, have joined forces to jointly improve people's lighting conditions. The result: Wellumic. A lighting control system that optimally combines daylight and artificial light. A unique combination that takes energy efficiency and lighting quality to a new level.
Precise control down to the degree and millilitre
The external venetian blinds installed at the Zehnder Center of Climate in Lahr are precision controlled with SMI motors. The motors regulate the opening, closing and angular adjustment of the slats for optimal tracking. The Wellumic control uses a weather station that communicates via KNX with the BAline KNXMCMs, which in turn control the external venetian blinds, lights and the interior sensors that determine room brightness and occupation via MIO DALI 2.0 and MIO SMI. Location and time stamps are used in the KNXMCMs to calculate the position of the sun for slat tracking.
