With an exterior and interior that are both divided into three parts, the building provides modern workspaces for the ADAC office as well as rental space for tenants including the City of Bruchsaal, which operates an administrative centre here.

It flexibly and individually controls the 280 drives of the external venetian blinds and ensures a glare-free work environment and comfortable room temperatures. The WAREMA climatronic® also controls the illuminated logo on the facade, which is visible at all hours even from afar.

The interactive, web-based tool provides brief descriptions, application examples and a wealth of additional information to help you select the right system. Furthermore, it contains a CAD configurator with which you can independently generate sections and views and adapt them to the structural conditions.
