Standing 185 metres tall, St George Wharf Tower is a striking feature of the skyline along the Thames. A wind turbine at the top of the building helps power its lighting.
A key challenge of this project was meeting the architect’s detailed, project-specific requirements. The solution called for special fixings in shafts provided on site, a custom-designed bottom rail and motors procured specifically for the project. The result was a solar shading solution tailored to the project’s requirements.
