The almost 339-metre high building in the European capital of skyscrapers was the tallest in Europe upon its completion.

It was planned as the first tower block in Moscow City under strict sustainability criteria, consumes less water and electricity, and supports the use of natural daylight in a special way. The copper-coloured glass facade makes the property unique and creates a constant glow as though it is always immersed in the light of the setting sun.

The facade also gets thinner at the top, creating unusual triangular window areas in the peripheries which needed to be shaded with intelligent special solutions. 7,500 external venetian blinds from WAREMA still provide a pleasant atmosphere in the office and living spaces today.

Our software tool supports you in planning the suitable sun shading system. The interactive, web-based tool provides brief descriptions, application examples and a wealth of additional information to help you select the right system. Furthermore, it contains a CAD configurator with which you can independently generate sections and views and adapt them to the structural conditions.
